- Dancing with the Stars
- Did you watch "Dancing with the Stars" tonight? Oh my goodness! I'm sorry but I've got to speak my mind on this one!
First of all, gee whiz! That dad-gum Ian sure looked hot! (But, it was said later that he looked a little gay - hmmm? Yes, his black outfit was a bit on the tight side, but it looked damn good to me!) Would you wear it, fellas? Ladies, would you want your man to wear it - in public? Like at a family reunion? LOL
The show was a trip tonight! It had to happen eventually - Heather fell. She also had on a tacky costume, I guess so everyone could easily see her prosthetic leg. I really liked her past 2 performances - but, tonight? Not so good. She is entertaining though. Will she still be around? I think, maybe...
Good grief! There's only two ladies left anyway! If she goes, it'll be all men! (Haha - Yes, yes, I know Laila's a girl - does she know it?)
To me, the next highlight of the evening would have to be little Apolo - that little sucker rocked my world! I was watching the show all by myself and still had to stand up and whistle and clap (my dogs thought I was losing it - I was!) He did a very good job and so did his partner - he got straight tens too! What'd you all think of his performance?
I just don't get what people see in Joey either - I think he looks like someone off of a beer ad - or he is on the borderline of looking like a she-male or a drag queen? He just doesn't do it for me! You?
Okay, my last opinionated comment is - People, please hurry up and send Clyde (the fried) and Hill-Billy-Ray home. They are suffering so! And, albeit they're entertaining to a point, they really DO suck as dancers!
Well, I'm guessing that Clyde will be shipping out tomorrow - what do you think?

My Mom belongs to a ladies’ group who are so old-fashioned (in my opinion) and have tons of “old ways” including these so-called home remedies. I hope you enjoy them!
- For memory loss, try a spoonful of sugar.
- For hiccups, massage your ear lobes!
- For trouble sleeping, flip your pillow over and cover your eyes with a soft cloth or a clean white sock.
- For poison ivy, rub the juice from a dandelion leaf on the affected area.
- For itching, rub vaginal cream on the area. Milk of Magnesia also works.
- For sunburn, soak a wash cloth in vinegar and lay on the sunburned area.
- If you shoes keep untying, once you have them on, spray the laces with hair spray.
- For laryngitis, use equal parts of water and hydrogen peroxide to gargle with - do NOT swallow.
- To remove onion smell from hands, first wash them thoroughly and dry them. Then, rub stainless steel pot handles!
- For a great facial treatment, blend avocado and strawberries together and apply to face. Leave on for 15 minutes before rinsing with slightly warm water.
- If you can’t seem to quench your thirst, try putting a bit of salt in your palm and lick it, but then do the same with a dash of lemon juice. Repeat several times and drink a small amount of very cold water.
- For nighttime leg cramps, eat a banana before going to bed.
- If stung by a jellyfish or Portuguese Man of War, make a paste of baking soda, ammonia, and meat tenderizer and generously apply to area. Leave there as long as possible. Repeat if necessary.
